Accommodation: Each Beneficiary will be in charge of their own bookings (Partner Organisations will be booked by UPV/EHU as usual). Hotels are located in the city center, about 3km away from Hörzentrum. The hotels recommended by HöRZ are Altera****, Acara****, Antares***, Sprenz*** and a bit cheaper, but still new and good, B&B Hotel.
Transport to Oldenburg:
a) The nearest aiport is Bremen (BRE), which is connected to Bremen Central Station by tram (line 6, every 10 mins) and bus (line 52, every 30mins). Trains from Bremen to Oldenburg take about 30 mins. It is also possible to book an airport shuttle from Bremen Airport to Oldenburg (the price is moderate if a group of people shares the booking). Let Mónica know your flying times so that she can try to organise groups of people.
b) Hannover Airport (HAJ) can also be an option. There are trains every 30 min from the airport to Oldenburg and the journey takes 2h17min if only one change and 2h47min if two changes are required.
c) Hamburg Airport (HAM) is connected by train with Oldenburg every 30 min. The journey takes from 2h10min to 2h50min depending on times.
